Trust

A trusting relationship is critical to success. Without trust, it is difficult to learn and prosper. A trusting relationship starts with confidentiality. What is said between partners must stay between them. Both partners must work for success. It is not up to just one person to make it happen. Since confidentiality is critical, do not leave it hazy. Define what it means to each partner. Commit to maintain complete confidentiality until the two of you agree differently. If mistakes are made, assume the best about your partner and extend forgiveness before it is even requested. If you make mistakes, seek the other’s forgiveness. And your partnerships should prosper.
