The controller contains several algorithms, so that if you input the size of the die and the target temperature, it will then select the most appropriate program to heat that particular die.

The Triple Cell Oven was developed for smaller presses with 8” diameter billet or smaller. It can provide up to 20 preheated dies per shift.

The HPR, high pressure ring block, is an evolution of the old favorite QEB, quick expansion block. The HPR has a similar expanding wear component. The full-length ring is relatively thin and of uniform thickness. It expands quickly, making it suitable for presses with rapid acceleration.

The high pressure from the dummy block transfers to the stem, making it essential that the load be uniformly applied. In addition, since the stem operates repeatedly and consistently under very high compressive loads, it must remain completely in alignment through its stroke length.

The Castool Clean-out Block has been designed for maximum efficiency in cleaning the liner wall. The block is long enough to sit on the billet loader and travel through the liner smoothly.
